Background
About Elliot Robinson
Currently studying a Master of Architecture specialising in Architectural Conservation and Social Impact Design, while cutting my teeth working for a heritage-specialised architecture firm. I am a 2-time NCP Mobility Grant recipient with a place on Curtin University’s Vice Chancellor’s List. I am fascinated by the opportunity for heritage buildings and historic towns to reinforce cultural identity through architecture, preserve urban and suburban social practices, and mitigate the built environment’s staggering levels of embodied carbon contributions. I am passionate about adaptive reuse projects that represent conservation principles with integrity. As I approach my final year of study, my focus is on design that protects communities and their cultural inheritance and acknowledges the critical necessity of future use for a building's longevity.
