About Elliot Sharp

As a dedicated professional, I believe in the power holistic education and the pillars of Positive Psychology. More recently, the influence of character strengths to guide personal growth and professional success. Drawing from these concepts and the VIA Character Strengths model, I recognise that we all have a spectrum of strengths that we lean into depending on the situation. While some values are used more frequently, others are still part of who we are, just less prominent in certain contexts. My current top strengths are:• Teamwork• Humour• Love of Learning• Prudence• CuriosityThese values shape my approach to work and life, allowing me to adapt, grow, and contribute effectively in different environments.I am also a member of the International Boys School Coaltion and the Australian Boarding Schools Association (ABSA), where I actively engage in online courses, certificates, and webinars. Recently, I had the privilege of attending the IBSC conference in the UK, further enhancing my understanding of the global educational landscape.I am currently exploring opportunities to bring my extensive experience in educational leadership and sports coaching to a forward-thinking educational institution in Australia. I am eager to contribute to a new environment where I can continue to help students achieve their best both academically and athletically.
