I'm a business graduate with practical experience in establishing CRM systems (Monday.com), internal operations, and early-stage commercial initiatives in international B2B settings. At PIPM, I worked across departments to help structure processes and optimise CRM usage. I also contributed to the early development of a B2B industrial auction platform (Dome Auctions), where I was involved in software research, solution scoping, and competitor analysis. These experiences have given me a foundation in sales operations and CRM strategy, including working closely with leadership on system design, process development, and implementation.
