I'm a dynamic motivated Operations Manager with expert customer service skills which I obtained whilst working for British Telecom. With the technical telecommunications knowledge I have gathered in my 20 years experience within this industry I have a proven track record as a great leader of people. Progressing from a Technician to a Field Service Manager at AFL Global within 5 months of being recruited from the UK. Since I moved to Canada and started working for ATI now AFL I've had received very exciting opportunity to grow within this company, from quality assurance, to process improvement procedure I have introduced in a dynamic and challenging work environment. I have extensive diagnostic and repair ability which has come from the 20 years in the telecommunication industry, I'm known as a firm believer of you are only as strong as the team around you. and with my operational excellence I have always managed to build a great team of people and coming from an I&R background I am well versed on many of the telecommunications industry’s current Business and Premise Services, products and their proper installation best practices. I am proficient with interpretation of metrics and believe myself to be a very capable Manager, who is not afraid to strap on the tools to help out. While I was building the best crew in BC; Since moving in to management 3 1/2 years ago and now in my current role of Senior operations Manager, people will agree I have always succeeded with all the teams that have worked for me as I have the ability to get the best out of my people.
