Through perseverance and hard work I have created a strong foundation of work experience in several fields of interest & study. In my academic career I focused on politics and public policy/administration. My professional career began managing political campaigns. I have found that the dynamics at play in the political arena are invaluable and have been applicable to every position I have held since. Relationship building, managing competing/limited resources, and strategic planning have created a solid basis in which I continue to build on. As the Director of Purchasing and Construction at Terra Forma Inc. I honed new skills such as purchasing & negotiating, vendor management, as well as managing an annual budget of over $10 million spread out among multiple projects. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to "go out on my own" and start my own consulting firm. In doing so I have been tested with many challenges and blessed with many rewards. At C&E Consulting we have found a niche in the Medical Marijuana Industry and have been quite successful.
