I’m a commercial leader with 20+ years of experience developing high-profile advertising partnerships, driving revenue, and scaling creative, media, and entertainment businesses—from global corporations to early-stage start-ups. I've led major deals across naming rights, digital, social, TV, festivals, and influencer marketing, including brokering the UK’s largest ever arts sponsorship: the £35.2M Aviva Studios deal for Manchester City Council and Factory International. My career spans senior roles at ITV, Endemol Shine, and The Hook Group (where I built a 24-award-winning team), to founding WEEM Group—my consultancy helping brands, rights holders, and events unlock commercial growth. More recently, I launched the European commercial function for SXSW London.
