Elliott Coby is an Operational Excellence Specialist responsible for developing and launching high visibility internal initiatives for Rizing Global across multiple lines of business. Mr. Coby has ten years of experience working as a business operations specialist and consultant implementing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) projects across North America. His project experience includes five full lifecycle SAP implementations and various shorter engagements. Industry experience includes Oil & Gas, Resources, Utilities, Chemicals, Public Sector and Education. In his client facing consultanting roles, Mr. Coby’s responsibilities have included requirements analysis and development, business process re-engineering, change management planning, system development and configuration, testing and training A core aspect of Mr. Coby’s experience is aligning business strategies and operational priorities to achieve business targets through key performance indicators and business process design/redesign. His responsibilities have also included analyzing and creating operational process improvements, strategy development, long term business planning, market research, change management support and client coaching on system alignment in accordance with strategic objectives.
