I am a highly motivated and hardworking Business Management Graduate with solid administration and customer service background. I am adaptable and tenacious with a ‘can do’ attitude and this has been evidenced in the positive feedback from customers and external agencies that Family Mosaic work with as well as receiving awards for 100% at Work. I have excellent communications skills which I always use when dealing with customers and external stakeholders. I also have sound technical knowledge with experience of managing different forms of defect/repairs reporting. I always prioritise my workload and meet deadlines. I work well independently as well as a team member as evidenced in my developing good customer and site personnel relationships. I am highly organised and customer focussed and always willing to expand my knowledge and experiences and this has included assisting to improve the quality of new homes by working effectively with site managers and trades to ensure new homes meet NHBC standards and identifying any risks or issues before they become problematic. I have also performed inspections/snagging and been responsible for handovers of new homes and enjoy problem solving and issue resolution.
