About Elliott L. Walker

With a broad spectrum of work experience spanning industries such as Retail Home Furnishings, the Automotive Industry, and most recently a dive into Fabric/Textiles Design and Distribution, one might be confused as to what exactly my career path might be. Simply said, the best roles for me have been those that feed my passion for creativity, knowledge and learning. It’s a desire for experience in many areas that helps to make me a well-rounded asset to just about any team. And while it’s important for me that any role I am in tie into some personal passion of mine, I have equally enjoyed roles that take me into new territory and/or challenge and engage the more left-brained/analytical side of me. A few strengths I bring to every role: passion for leadership, problem-solving, data analysis to inform decision making, transparent communication at all levels, and a collaborative-oriented mindset that believes more in we than me alone. Personal touchstones that drive my decision making are fostering an environment of professional curiosity, a culture of respect, unwavering professionalism (while knowing when it's OK/appropriate to have a little fun!), and continued learning/development (for both myself and team.)
