With over six years of experience as a CLA at Protrans/Atkins Realis, I have developed a strong set of competencies in customer service, operational processes, and hostling. My mission is to enhance customer satisfaction and safety, while meeting schedules and targets, and complying with safety procedures. I have also demonstrated my versatility and adaptability by taking on a temporary role as a Communications Controller at Protrans BC, where I coordinated and communicated with train operators, maintenance staff, and external agencies to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Additionally, I have a background in hospitality, having worked as a General Manager at various restaurant groups, where I oversaw all aspects of the business, from staff training, to event planning, to quality control. I am passionate about delivering excellent service and fostering a culture of excellence in every role I undertake.
