I ensure that I better Pierce County's local community by helping jobseekers find jobs that will support themselves and their families with plentiful benefits and increased wages, which ultimately betters local businesses by increasing opportunities in Pierce County and creating lifelong employees. I utilize my skills of critical thinking, creativity, and leadership to further better the world. I strive to create a healthy work environment.
