Hey everyone I’m Elliott, Two L’s & Two T’s, and I am probably just like you. My passion is to serve others and give back to our communities. I‘m taking things one day at a time; always keeping faith in the plans God has for our lives, to prosper and not to harm! My early career has brought me through many different experiences, and many amazing teams filled with people I will never forget. My theology guides my empathy towards others, and my philosophies and worldview in my profession are as follows: “People First Purpose” is what drives me every day and pushes me towards creating a lasting impact on our cities, neighborhoods, and communities. “Products From Problems” stem from a desire to leave things better than they were before; citing the processes behind pain-points as the common denominator, rather than the end goal or issue. Seeing the “Potential From Planning” takes in-place processes and leverages them by way of Data to monitor and maintain performance over the long run. Seeking Alpha in any environment. All this to create a lasting legacy for God’s Kingdom that says nothing of me, yet says everything of the summation of ALL THE BEST GOOD within ALL the people I have, do, and will serve.
