Started career as a designer then worked as a product development Engineer, operations supervisor, R&D/Engineering manager, and then promoted to Director of Engineering. Executive team member that solves and plans overall company objectives and vision. Currently leading team to improve development and training for the whole company. Skilled Engineering team builder, trainer, and workflow manager. Implemented workflow progress tracking, departmental/company standards, and semi-automated department reporting to improve performance and delivery. Have a knack for quickly identifying strengths and weaknesses of personal to put them into a position to succeed. Very good ability to plan a project and get the right people together to successfully meet deadlines. Very opened minded problem solver.
