I’m a highly adaptable and detail-oriented professional with strong administrative and customer service experience, particularly within fast-paced and high-pressure environments. My previous roles at Quilter allowed me to build upon my core strengths—delivering exceptional service, managing a range of administrative tasks, and supporting clients within the financial services sector, specifically in investments and pensions. I carried across my skills and developments into my existing role within the university where I hope to build upon relationships and hone my skills for my role. My ability to stay organized, communicate effectively (via phone, email, and written correspondence), and work both independently and as part of a team has consistently contributed to smooth operations and client satisfaction. Alongside my administrative and communication skills, I’ve also cultivated a passion for design—teaching myself graphic design to create clean, professional visuals for internal and external use. This creative skillset allows me to bring a polished, modern edge to documentation, presentations, and branding materials when required. I’m now looking to take the next step in my career where I can continue to grow, apply my skills in new ways, and contribute value to a forward-thinking team.
