I have over 20 years of total experience in customer relations, marketing, and banking; most of these years I have worked in Leadership, account management, and community awareness. In addition to my knowledge, I currently hold Master’s Degree in both Leadership Organization and Human Services. I have invested countless hours into both the youth and the senior citizens in the more underserved areas of the city of Memphis. My mission for mentoring our young people and empowering the seniors of the community to ensure they are well-informed and educated in the areas of financial and banking literacy. I have organized and participated in financial literacy workshops where I coach the attendees on budgeting, spending, and saving. I am a self-motivated and dynamic profession with credentials which combine solid and tactical leadership expertise with a strong business background, an ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to achieving corporate goals.
