I have 10 years of Computer, Fiber Optics, Telecommunications, and Network Troubleshooting experience. Currently, I maintain Data Center Operations by performing Smart Hands tasks and troubleshooting fiber network links at Amazon Web Services. This is my second and final stint as a Data Center Technician at Amazon, previously via Insight Global. Before serving as a Cable Technician at Microsoft briefly, I spent two months as a Cable Technician for Amazon via Insight Global. I served as a Technology Supervisor at Staples. I was employee of the month twice and led my team in sales. I also have six months of experience installing and troubleshooting cable, internet, telephone, and satellite services with W.C.C Cable and Dish Network. I participated in several technology projects beside other teammates and some individually. Projects include developing a database, business applications, information security plans, business proposals, websites, and Java programs. I have experience using NetBeans IDE for Java programming, html, sql, the software development life cycle, and risk analysis tools. I am proficient with Microsoft Visio, Project, and Access.
