When I decided to pursue a degree in Art History alongside my degree in Advertising and Public Relations, I did not think I would experience such an overlap. I’ve loved admiring beautiful art and learning about its form since taking my first art class in middle school. Since then and throughout my time as a Hussman School of Journalism and Media student, I have also become dedicated to honing my skills in strategic communication, branding strategy, and creative problem-solving. The intersection of my interests and skills in content and media and the art market has given me a unique background and perspective. Through my professional experiences listed below, I have learned to communicate effectively and in a polished manner, operate in various professional, fast-paced environments, take ownership of deadlines, and collaborate with others to produce captivating content and sell fine art. Beyond the realm of professional growth, one of the most valuable experiences during my college career was my time spent studying abroad in Florence, Italy. This program broadened my worldview and inspired my passion for travel and cultural immersion. My academic exploration in luxury brand management and oil painting sparked newfound interests and further artistic exploration. Now, equipped with a unique background and a robust skillset, I am eager to contribute my values and expertise to a dynamic professional environment. Let's connect!
