About Elly Broadbent

I work with mature aged students with a focus on preparing students for the modern workplace, gaining self-confidence, training in the use of various forms of technology as well as the platforms generally used both personally and professionally, and preparing students for job applications and interviews. Prior to this position I was working with ex-offenders (pre and post release from prison) helping them transition back to community life. In this role I also worked with clients to establish goals that assist in life changes regarding mental health, physical health, social supports, employment goals and additional assistance. Over my 15+ years in the workforce I have worked across many industries, including hospitality and tourism, administration, aged care, retail, corporate sales and Alcohol and other Drugs rehabilitation services. I am passionate about helping others in the community.
