I also oversee the site operations and performance, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across all platforms and regions. I collaborate with various stakeholders, such as product owners, developers, designers, and marketers, to deliver digital excellence and innovation for Nike and its customers. I have a bachelor's degree in English Language and Culture from the University of Amsterdam, and I speak three languages: English, Dutch, and Bahasa Indonesia.
