As an experienced People and Culture leader, I am dedicated to enhancing the employee experience within organizations by aligning initiatives with the company’s purpose, values, and strategic objectives. My passion lies in driving meaningful change, capability uplift and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As the People & Culture Manager at Insurance Australia Group, I design and deliver the People Strategy across the NRMA Distribution Business, supporting approximately employees. My role involves implementing key initiatives such as career pathways, leadership programs, well-being and recognition programs which has resulted in higher-than-industry benchmark employee net promoter scores (ENPS). With a strong background in leadership development, learning design, and project management, I have successfully led teams large teams of specialists to enhance our people and customer service through large-scale change initiatives. My collaborative approach and commitment to excellence have enabled me to integrate customer insights and market trends into our learning and capability initiatives, continually driving growth within the business. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University and a Diploma in Personal Injury Management from Deakin University. My continuous pursuit of excellence and innovation drives me to leverage best practices and external insights to refine our people experience.
