About Ellyce Dyson

With a Bachelor's of Science Degree with honours in Criminology & Psychology, I have always been driven by a deep curiosity about human behaviour and a passion for connecting with people from all walks of life. Currently working as Cabin Crew with Emirates in Dubai, I bring empathy, cultural awareness, and strong communication & critical thinking skills to every interaction — whether it’s feet in the air or on the ground. For my dissertation research project, I had the pleasure of interviewing and talking to multiple psychotherapeutic professionals who incorporate outdoor/nature therapy into their work. Investigating this developing field and their work with it was truly inspiring, as well as learning their different academic backgrounds. My academic background has given me a solid foundation in understanding human motivation and behaviour, translating seamlessly into delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing high-pressure situations, and ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers around the globe.I’m always looking to grow, explore new opportunities, and connect with professionals who value purpose-driven service, diversity, and global perspective.Let’s connect!
