McGregor Berger & Associates is a health care consulting firm with offices in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta, and in Burlington, and Ottawa, Ontario (servicing all of Ontario). I am the Regional Manager for Ontario. Our firm consists of highly trained and educated health care experts with diverse experience including having provided expert testimony within Canadian courts. We provide expert advice, independent assessments, and complex case management services for medical-legal cases and insurance claims involving injury or disability. Our team of experts have been retained on cases across Canada, within the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. I am a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist who has performed assessments for hundreds of litigated cases, retained by both plaintiffs and defendants. I received my MScOT from the Faculty of Health Sciences, School of Rehabilitation Therapy at Queen’s University in Kingston and I am also a Certified Life Care Planner and Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator. My experience includes both children and adult populations, encompassing traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputations, orthopedics, and chronic pain.
