With over six years of experience in various retail management roles at Target, I am currently an Executive Team Lead GM & Food, overseeing the operations and performance of the general merchandise and food departments. I have a bachelor's degree and an associate's degree in economics, which provide me with a strong foundation in data analysis, optimization, and decision making, essential skills for the retail industry. My core competencies are skill development, problem solving, and interpersonal skills, which I have honed through leading and coaching diverse teams, executing and overseeing complex projects, and communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders, vendors, and contractors. I am passionate about the mission of Target to help all families discover the joy of everyday life, and I create a team culture that fosters individual business ownership, innovation, and growth. In my current role, I have achieved operational excellence, increased sales and customer satisfaction, and improved team retention and engagement.
