Registered Nurse with over two decades of teaching experience in academic institutions, The Philippines and Saudi Arabia. My professional journey encompasses clinical instruction, academic accreditation, internship coordination, simulation-based education, and life support training. I have actively contributed to strategic academic committees and institutional development initiatives. Since 2019, my teaching practice has been grounded in outcome-focused and evidence-based methodologies, emphasizing the integration of theory and practice to enhance student learning and clinical competence. I advocate for learner-centered approaches that foster critical thinking, ethical practice, and professional accountability.
