I'm a sociologist at the executive table. I build inclusive, purpose-driven systems inside complex organizations that are tackling our toughest challenges. With roots in policy innovation and a deep belief in systems thinking, I've spent my career making my real change possible - and making change stick. Now I'm focused on ensuring Canada's Lifeline is diverse, inclusive, safe and meeting patient needs. I'm on a mission with my Canadian Blood Services' colleagues to bring 1 million more donors through our doors in the next five years. I'm hyper-focussed on ensuring that we are bringing in more ethnically diverse donors, younger donors and providing them an experience where they feel included and a deep sense of belonging in our work. All of this is critical to meeting the growing and diverse needs of patients in Canada. I'm also a mentor and community builder who believes tomorrow's problems demand bold, human-centred leadership.
