About Elsa Castillo

I have been fortunate to spend over 35 years flying the friendly skies. It has afforded me to ability to travel the world and meet interesting people from all walks of life. As such, I was able to hone my talents, perfecting my interpersonal skill, developing strong problem solving skill, relationship building and customer retention skills. At this point in my life customer service is second nature to me. Over the course of my career, I was able to spread my wings and engage in other professional pursuits. I have always excelled in sales and have demonstrated a successful track record in the retail, pharmaceutical and medical imaging industries. I am a California native and reside in the Newport Beach area. I enjoy staying physically active and have successfully completed a marathon, a century bike ride around the Arizona rim. I also enjoy yoga, paddle boarding and the occasional zip lining adventure and always up for exploring new cuisines in fabulous destinations.
