I am a results-focused executive level team member with 28 years of clinical trial experience and 25 years of engagement in collaborative and progressive team leadership. I possess in-depth knowledge of clinical trial operations, and project management, and medical imaging management in oncology and musculoskeletal clinical trials. I have a strong background in managing staff, workflows, process optimization, and employee training and development, budgeting, forecasting and relationship management. In recent years, I have been engaged in development and execution of strategic corporate initiatives cross functional leadership. I have created and maintained strategic alliances with industry and organizational leaders to effectively align with and support key business initiatives.
