I'm a Customer Success advocate. I have always put my customers first in every role or job I've had the joy of being in. I also really enjoy being good at my job. I am creative and witty and passionate, I am very emotionally intelligent this is exactly what makes me exceed in work as the customer comes first and I take the time to listen to what they have to say. I have a degree in Education Studies and Science and for many years I wanted to be a teacher, my nan was a teacher and went onto being a Headteacher and she's my inspiration. However, after having a few placements in which I saw practices which didn't align with my own idea of what teaching encompasses. I decided I needed to take time out to figure out what I wanted to do. I happened across Norwich and Peterborough Building Society (now Yorkshire Building Society). I worked there for over four years where I progressed and went from serving external customers to then internal customers. It helped me develop my communication skills however I always put my own creative flair on it. I really enjoy making sure everyone is on the same page about Customer Success and how to implement it in everyday business. I started my current role just as lockdown happened, I have succeeded expectations as in the first 6 months I helped create a Customer Success plan for On-Boarding and how we distribute responsibilities across many teams in making sure our plan continually evolves to meet the needs of our members. I constantly strive for improvement for customers, whether that be internal or external. I am creative and love driving success. I enjoy being challenged outside of my own skillset so that I can continue to grow and develop. I easily adapt and am flexible to different projects and expectations of work. I am trying to figure out where my skills lead so that I can be constantly passionate about what I do. I love Education which is why several years after my degree I have jumped back in, but this time to try and help School Leaders and Trusts.
