I'm Elsa, and I have a deep passion for connecting with people. Throughout my career, which has spanned various industries, I've had the privilege of collaborating with diverse peers, many of whom I now call friends. I've also had the opportunity to nurture organizations as they flourished and provided the soothing balm for any growing pains along the way. These experiences fill me with immense pride. I'm a "get things done" type of person and when opportunities/projects come up, I grab them with both hands. While I excel in my role as a People Operations Manager, I am more than just my job title. Beyond the world of People Operations, you'll find a person who's passionate about nurturing plants and experimenting with recipes from my beloved cookbooks. I am a multifaceted individual, but above all, I am driven by an insatiable hunger for knowledge and, of course, cookies.
