Providing expertise in testing, ground and flight systems for over 28 years and have substantial experience in engineering disciplines critical to the successful evaluation, development, testing and deployment of military and commercial systems. Specialty areas include: AEGIS BMD Specialty Testing; Specialty Testing and Test Support;Electronics, Specialty Instrumentation, Data Acquisition, and Data Analysis; Optical System Development, Testing and Analysis;Low-cost “Skunkworks”;Prototyping; Ground and Flight Hardware;Aerodynamics Design and Analysis;Mechanics and Dynamics;Rail Refurbishment of high speed tracks. Participated in every aspect of the engineering process from defining program objectives, setting requirements, program planning, special analysis to support system design, and component and system testing and evaluation. Performed various system studies and analysis for Army, Navy, Air Force, and NASA, systems including systems engineering, optical systems, aerodynamics, propulsion, structures and dynamics. These areas are reinforced with extensive hands-on experience in design, development, and testing of subsonic, supersonic, and hypersonic system related hardware in the laboratory, at wind tunnels and at test ranges (arena, sled, and flight).
