International Healthcare Engineer | Biomedical & Hospital Infrastructure | 20+ Countries Across Europe, Middle East, Near East, Africa & South America | From Design to Delivery With over a decade of experience in the international healthcare sector, I bring a multidisciplinary expertise that bridges biomedical engineering, hospital infrastructure, and project management across complex healthcare environments. I have worked with medical equipment firms, architectural and engineering offices, and humanitarian NGOs on healthcare projects across France, Iraq, Mali, Madagascar, Afghanistan, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Angola, Rwanda, Ukraine, Haiti, Guinea, Benin, Morocco, and beyond. I manage the full project lifecycle — from audits and needs assessments, through programming, design, and procurement, to construction supervision, training, operational support, and biomedical maintenance. These international projects covered a broad spectrum of healthcare facilities—public and private, regional and international—ranging from general hospitals to specialized centers in oncology, cardiology, neurology, maternity, and mental health. Depending on the medical strategy, they included operating theatres, ICUs, radiotherapy units, laboratories, outpatient and inpatient departments, with budgets from €1M to €250M and sizes from to m². Beyond the technical dimension, I am deeply engaged with the human, cultural, and psychological dynamics that shape healthcare projects. My experience working across diverse countries and institutional contexts has strengthened my ability to grasp the needs, constraints, and aspirations of all stakeholders — from engineers and medical staff to donors and local communities.
