Rooted in an educational background and early classroom experiences, my career has always been centered around people—understanding their needs, supporting their growth, and helping them succeed. My MA in Education from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences deepened my understanding of learning systems and equity in education, shaping the way I approach problem-solving and relationship-building today. Transitioning into Customer Success was a natural progression, allowing me to blend this foundation with a strategic, solution-oriented mindset. At Toddle, I partner closely with schools to ensure they get the most out of our platform—not just technically, but in ways that align with their unique educational philosophies. My approach combines empathy, clear communication, and a deep understanding of school ecosystems. I’m passionate about building long-term relationships and driving meaningful impact.
