I have an extensive professional experience in an area of choice - Marketing & CRM & Digital - gained over several years, which evolution has been constant. I began working in DHL as a marketer and over the time, in AXA & Ageas I played multiple roles and led several projects with multidisciplinary teams, as Distribution, IT, Legal, Offer and Marketing.In the last years I was the Head of Digital Marketing & CRM, a completely fascinating area full of news and huge opportunities for all the businesses. I was responsible for the team that handled e-commerce, e-service, digital assets, social media, digital communication, and Customer Programs & experience.With great pride, I saw one of the Customer Retention programs of AXA Portugal being considered a case study within AXA Group and I won 3 AXA Innovation awards with a Digital & Distribution Projects.I am currently responsible for the Digital Marketing & Channel Digitalization of all the Brands of the Group Ageas Portugal, namely Ageas Seguros, Seguro Direto, Médis and Ocidental, as well the beyond insurance companies of the Group, like Clinicas Médis and Ageas Repara.Very often I am invited to participate in seminars and events as a speaker. I have already participated several times in the SAS Forum, in the Global Contact Centre Seminar and in the Mobile Edge event, with themes as "Marketing & Business Intelligence","Customer Experience Management","Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning and IA in the Organizations", and "Customer Centricity".In professional terms, I realize myself in informal settings and in a multinational environment, where there is a clear focus on achieving goals, shared by a team.
