Site Head & Senior Director Xilis BV, Utrecht, The Netherlands Based in Utrecht, Netherlands, Xilis BV is a subsidiary of Xilis Inc. Xilis is a biotechnology company developing a precision oncology platform that aims to improve the treatment of (future) cancer patients by assessing drug effects on state-of-the-art patient-derived models. Xilis’ proprietary MicroOrganoSpheres (MOS) are miniature patient tumors that capture its microenvironment and heterogeneity while providing an automated and scalable solution for drug discovery & validation. Using MOS, high-throughput automation, and AI-driven algorithms, we believe MOS technology can enable high-throughput preclinical modelling and clinical patient selection. As Site-Head i'm responsible for daily operations, business strategy and team management at Xilis BV, leading scientific project scoping and management and assuring timely and cost-effective execution of research activities. As part of the leadership team of Xilis, I'm assuring BV activities are aligned with, and contributing to the Xilis-broad business strategy.
