Experienced Mobility Partner/HR Specialist with extensive HR operational knowledge from large international companies. Responsible for identifying people mobility solutions, as well as for developing, maintaining and implementing Global Mobility Policies according to trends and market practice, ensuring the best possible mobility experience for the employee and the company. Partnering with internal and external stakeholders across functions, geographies and hierarchical levels, I am guiding, anchoring and executing on the entire people mobility lifecycle process, translating complex mobility matters into business solutions, while balancing business needs with legal requirements, costs, risks and compliance. Most recently a new “International Remote Working Policy”, including cross-border workers Working closely with external stakeholders, i.e, tax consultants, relocation & removal companies, immigration authorities, payroll providers, etc. Employment law, contracts, assignment letters, visa applications, etc. Cost estimates Expat “net salary” principles/calculations (Mercer), salary reviews, “shadow payroll”, etc. EU social security regulations (A1) and Posted Workers (PWD) External vendor management (including Tender/RFPs Handling local/global personal tax and social security matters in close cooperation with external tax consultants In addition to my mobility experience, I am an experienced HR Operations Specialist/HR Coordinator.
