About Elsie Grace

I am never still and always looking for new opportunities. I wear two hats most days. I am a successful commercial strategist and innovation manager with a focus on implementating and introducing circular business principles and sustainability practices, alongside effective People, Planet and Profit improvements, and I am currently working for NRW in that capacity. I’m also a professional storyteller and photography is my preferred medium of expression. Like all storytellers I strive to tell the story that reflects the subject in the best possible way but in my own style. My aim for all my clients, whether in a family portrait, a corporate headshot, performance/gig promotion, or an editorial article, is to ensure that it does exactly what it needs to do - with a little bit extra to create that wow or that connection. I pride myself on being an all-rounder and a non-specialist with an ability to move between sectors and business areas. Having initially started on the career path to become a pharamacologist, I have also worked extensively in the arts as well as across all public realm areas such as waste, transport and public safety. I am comfortable working by as a contractor, running my own business, as well as working extensively as a team in a corporate environment with stricter governance procedures. I have acute financial planning capabilities, extensive project and programme management experience, experience of Business Development opporuntunities both as a bidder and an agent, and have worked on many media and communications campaigns. I make a great cup of tea (although admit the quality of my coffee is variable day to day). My personal mission is to focus on communities, making them stronger and more resilient whether that is through seciuring greener opoortunities or through connections as a storyteller and visual communicator.
