What I do As a learning architect and ‘master builder’ of learning organisations, I help leaders and teams embed learning into their daily work. Learning becomes part of how you collaborate, lead, meet, innovate — not an extra task. It starts small, where the need is greatest, and builds towards coherence across the organisation. How I work • I design learning structures that are part of the everyday workflow, and guide leaders and teams in developing and applying them • I train and coach leaders in their role as learning architects and coaching leaders • In concrete challenges or projects, I guide teams through learning-based change, improvement or innovation — with structured thinking and doing that strengthens ownership and collaboration • As a master builder, I work hands-on — and we shape what works for your context.
