As someone with a background in the arts but life on a tech team I have a unique ability to translate complex technical concepts to anyone. My superpower is communication; clarifying chaos, getting the team’s priorities straight and making sure that what is expected, is what we make happen. I have a creative brain and I want to share ideas and find solutions that are exciting. I will guide and mentor but I also want to be in the weeds doing the work to make it all happen. If you’re on a team with me, I want to make you laugh while we have fun solving problems and building out clean, usable features for our end users. Call me a nerd, I’ll love it!
