About Elston Foo

I didn’t plan to end up in digital transformation—my career started in pharmacy. But what’s always driven me is the desire to make things better. Today, I’m part of Enterprise Singapore’s Data & Transformation Office, where I work across strategy, product, and design to help our organisation become more effective, data-driven, and user-centred. I lead AI adoption efforts, work with developers to build tools that solve real business needs, and support service design projects that make a difference for users. We’ve launched our enterprise data warehouse, scaled up data skills across the board, and are experimenting with AI/LLMs to surface insights and streamline grant work. I believe in thoughtful systems, practical innovation, and using tech to serve people better. Always up for learning, collaborating, and reimagining what good work can look like.
