About Elton Thimodo

With over 12 years of experience in the industrial automation sector, I am a driven and results-oriented commercial manager with a passion for delivering value-added solutions to customers. I have a strong background in P&L management, security sales, and sales leadership, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. I am currently the North America Lifecycle Services Commercial Manager for Process Industries at Rockwell Automation, a global leader in industrial automation and digital transformation. In my current role, I am responsible for the sales and profitability of LifecycleIQ contractual services, networks and cybersecurity business across the North American region. I lead a team of direct reports to consistently exceed quota for regional service contracts, OT networks, and cybersecurity services business. I also collaborate with sales, business unit portfolio managers, customer success and other key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed annual operation plans (AOP) goals for orders and revenue. I am proud to be part of a team that enables customers to optimize their operations, protect their assets, and enhance their productivity.
