About Elva Lynch

As a Master Electrician with active contractor licenses in 20 states, my company, its leaders, and our subcontractors depend on me to guide their compliance efforts. Part of this is confirming that we have the necessary licensure to operate in our service areas without question. In 2020, both the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) selected me to participate on their code selection committees, serving a vital role in setting the standards for the next three years. As of December 2021, I am also serving as an active member on the Colorado State Electrical Board. Additionally, I have taught both new and experienced electricians required courses to obtain or maintain their licenses as required under the State of Colorado. From covering installations and load calculations to interpretations of the National Electrical Code, my students gain significant professional development skills that will uphold the high standards set by the state. Moving forward, I want to continue to be a person of influence within the electrical industry.
