About Elvi Bace

I’m a Civil Engineering student at the University of Florida with a strong foundation in design tools like AutoCAD and ArcGIS Pro, as well as hands-on experience in customer-facing roles that have sharpened my communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. With years of experience in fast-paced retail and sales environments—where I consistently ranked among top performers—I bring a hardworking mindset and adaptability to everything I do. My goal is to contribute to impactful infrastructure projects that improve everyday life. I'm particularly interested in structural analysis, sustainable design, and urban planning. I'm an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the UF Albanian Association, where I continue to build my network and grow both technically and culturally. I'm always eager to learn, collaborate, and take on new challenges that push me closer to becoming a licensed civil engineer.
