I have more than 20 years of experience working in a Multinational Environment, from Sales & Marketing to Quality and now Human Resources. I had the opportunity to be on an Expat Assignment in the US for 2 years for Sauer-Danfoss, establishing a new Executive Office together with the Top Management at that time and managing international events for the company. Whilst working in Sales & Marketing in Germany I supported the logistics for and worked at International Fairs such as BAUMA and Agritechnica. I am quick, thorough and work very well in a multinational team environment. The passed years have worked in different positions within the Human Resource organization I have developed many skills and competences related to HRIS System & Process implementations, training, support and data maintenance, especially within SAP and our Talent Management tool which is a Cloud solution. My main focus areas are core employee data in SAP on Premise or SuccessFactors Employee Central, this also includes Security Role management as well as Performance Management, Succession and Compensation in both SuccessFactors and Cornerstone.
