I am a proven leader with experience driving cross-functional teams and high-impact projects across Africa and North America. I previously led a team of 6 Data Analysts at Alerzo Limited and currently manage 7 Support Analysts at The Boyd Group, Canada. My focus is on enhancing customer experience (CX) through data-driven decision-making and leading organization-wide process optimization efforts, resulting in over 85% improvement in operational efficiency and measurable business outcomes.
