About Elyan Paschoal

I am an Industrial Engineering student at UFRGS and am deeply interested in innovation. I have experience with the Microsoft Office suite and agile project management methodologies, as well as team leadership experience, which has provided me with coordination and communication skills in complex environments. I have international experience through an exchange program in the United States, where I was exposed to a global perspective on the market and work practices by collaborating on projects with people from various nationalities. Looking ahead, my goal is to continue developing skills in project management, with a focus on innovation and operational efficiency. I plan to apply this international experience and the knowledge I have gained to initiatives that contribute to process improvement and business competitiveness.
