I'm the employee that is well known around the office for my versatility and able-ness to do anything I put my mind to. If you want something done, you come to me. As long as it falls in the scope of skills outlined below (you will note-It will). If it doesn't, I will revel in the opportunity to learn how to do it. Regardless of a managerial title you would often find me in the trenches with my staff/team executing strategies or troubleshooting issues/difficulties. I emphasises the word 'troubleshooting' & not 'resolving' as I am a huge advocate for empowering your team & equipping them with the tools to overcome difficulties & achieve results in their department."There is no 'I' in team". I am a strategic & results driven leader with a focus on customer service and equipment utilisation to build a profitable business and happy team. All of which gained & demonstrated in a variety of transport companies and well-established businesses for 15+ years. Experienced Clerk with a demonstrated history of working in the logistics and supply chain industry. Skilled in Databases, Innovation Development, Web Design, Report Writing, and Microsoft Excel. My most recent roles being in the transport industry- Assististing in the operational management of freight around Australia - focusing on equipment utilisation and driver satisfaction. Although my experience is transport specific, I am confident I have a transferable skill set to be successful in various industries and roles.
