At Riot Games, I- Inherited and optimized visa and work compliance projects for global esports events, expanding the scope from managing roughly 100 cases across 2 events annually to overseeing approximately cases across 5-7 international events each year- Slashed costs by providing cost assessment and analysis that identified $1M+ visa expenses for proposed and desired event location; provided cost assessment and challenges and recommended alternatives, reducing visa expenses to under $5K and saving over $1M USD- Navigated global visa and travel requirements across 20+ countries through rapidly changing COVID-19 policy shifts, providing guidance and recommendations to travelers and vendors; achieved 99% success rate in obtaining proper visas and offered assistance and guidance for 1% of those facing external challenges.
