Throughout my career, the theme has been centered around a commitment to bettering the lives of those around me. Starting in wellness-focused hospitality, I’ve pivoted to serving internal customers as a People leader where I find joy in seeing employees grow and thrive at a place where they love to work. As the Senior People Operations Manager at Future, Series C, I capitalize on my strengths in relationship building, strategic thinking, and problem-solving to lead the People Team. With a data-driven approach, I excel in delivering programs and strategies aligned with business objectives.
