About Elysia Carson

As a Package Handler at FedEx, I contribute to the efficient and timely delivery of packages to customers worldwide. I work with a diverse and collaborative team to handle, load, unload, and scan packages, ensuring quality and safety standards. I have developed strong skills in operations management, multitasking, and time management, which I apply to every task and challenge. I am also a third-year student at the University of Memphis, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. I am passionate about learning and applying marketing concepts and strategies, such as market research, consumer behavior, branding, and social media. I have excelled in all my courses, earning a high GPA and recognition from the Black Scholars Unlimited and the Army ROTC programs. I am an emerging leader who strives to achieve organizational and personal goals while being open-minded and optimistic. Upon graduating I will be commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant officer in the US Army. Even still, I am actively seeking internships to gain more hands-on experience and prepare myself for the professional workforce.
