As the Company Director/ Country Manager at Streamvision Guest Entertainment Solutions, I have over years of experience in organizing and planning business operations for Asian countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, and Guam. I am responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability, as well as setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, and ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld. I have a strong background in business development, having worked as a Business Development Manager at Hooray Vision Sdn Bhd, a reseller for TriplePlay system, the IPTV Solution provider. I assisted the Singapore office hub to open the hospitality market in Malaysia by introducing IPTV system, and established relationships with key clients and partners. I also have a marketing communication degree from IACT University College, and I have applied my skills in advertising and promotion to increase shopper traffic and sales for IOI City Mall Putrajaya, where I was a Senior A&P Executive. I have a passion for delivering innovative and tailored solutions for the hospitality, education, mining, health, and corporate sectors, using the latest technology and platforms in IPTV and digital signage. I also value customer satisfaction and support, and I work with a 24/7, 365 days a year support team to ensure our customers receive the best possible service and assistance.
